I requested a change. I got to pick 3 new areas around Philly. I got an email to update my schedule. I did update my schedule in my App. It took over a month and several emails since you cannot talk to anyone on the phone. The region or area in the app did not change. I sent another email and I was told I am in the waiting list. Then I checked. Glassdoor and I found other people like me with the same experience. Looks to good to be true.
