Interviewed and retained by Recruiting firm. They contacted AmTrust and arranged for a phone interview. Went well and they invited me in for an on-site interview. Interview was was very good as it was more discussion based on experience and company with Q&A at end.

Ability to function in a fast paced, ever changing environment
You have to really impress the HR screen recruiter or you won’t get a callback. For a 15 minute screen you would think it’s just standard stuff but on 2 different occasions I have not heard back after just the screen
