The interview was in person. It was mostly an opportunity to speak more about the role in order to determine if it aligned with my interests. Since it was an internship, we discussed how I would benefit from getting the position, and how I could contribute based on my background and my experience.

I got an interview invitation via email and had an in-person interview at Alvin Ailey. After a week, I received the offer, and the HR connected me to fill some forms.
