Had 4-5 calls and still seemed early in process. Talked to several junior folks just about the job and my background. Then had call with direction with light technical and fit questions. Didn't think it was a great fit after that call and was told I would not be moving on in process.

First Round mostly on behaviour & understanding of the role I have not heard back, applied 5 weeks ago. Questions: Have you done a 13 week CF before? Do you have any experience dealing with a distressed company?
