I did two interviews with the company. The first one was a simple HR screening behavioral interview. She asked me a few questions like why I want to work at the company and what I bring to the table. She was extremely nice and it was more of a casual conversation than an interview. However, the second interview was unprofessional and disappointing. I was misled by the recruiter on the content of the interview and who would attend it. She told me that it was purely behavioral with some questions about my past projects and that a director along with the manager would attend. However, only the manager attended and he asked me general knowledge questions on Java and Javascript that I was not prepared for (I still answered 3/4). Additionally, he did not know how to interview and was reading questions off the screen without engaging. He was asking questions by reading my resume. It was very unprofessional. He did not seem interested in the interview and that was a very disappointing experience for me. Finally, after the interview, I waited one week before following up with the recruiter and she did not respond to any of my emails and sent a rejection email after 3 weeks had gone by.
