Pros: Internal recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn about a Graduate Civil Engineer role at their Renfrew office. The interview itself went smoothly , the panel seemed impressed and mentioned they'd be in touch soon with the outcome. Cons: Completely ghosted after the interview. Despite multiple follow-ups from my end, I received zero communication from the Renfrew team. If you value your time or expect basic professionalism, I'd look elsewhere. If your recruiters are going to chase candidates for interviews, the least you can do is follow through after. It’s unprofessional to go silent once someone has made time and effort to attend an interview.
