The interview process consisted of five stages: 1st stage: the screening interview with the recruiter. It took between 30 to 40 minutes. She asked for my experience in same positions, how did I feel about the job description, why I accepted to move forward with the process, what were my expectations about my career and where I see myself in the future; then she went on presenting the company and explaining about the the role in more detail. 2nd stage: this was the usual technical interview when you talk to a peer. He asked about my general experience and what I've been doing lately; then he asked about my experience with certain tools and about some key concepts like CI/CD and so on. The interview duration was about 45 minutes. 3rd stage: peer programming. This took an hour and half and it was really fun to take. At the end of the session I had the opportunity to show some of the stuff I was proud of having worked on in the past. 4th stage: I got another interview this time with the team manager which lasted some 30 ~ 40 minutes where I received some feedback on the process and again was asked about my past experience, but this time aiming to learn about stuff like personal time management, how well I communicate with teammates and clients, "soft-skills" in general, that sort of things. Also, he further explained more about the position and what was expected from an engineer in that role. This was definitely a good talk to understand what were the job intricacies and where the company was heading. 5th stage: I had a final meeting with my recruiter who extended me an offer and that's why I'm writing this review =)

The hole process has taken more than I expected, almost 2 months. Six session in total, 3 session with HR, 1 session with CTO and 2 technical sessions. Technical sessions were according to the position. First technical interview was about 2 hours long, a lot of questions and technologies. 2nd technical interview was a pairing session sharing screen.
