The interview is rather simple and straightforward. Two tests were conducted in a written form basically to see if one can generate logical solutions with the time given. The interviewer is indeed very presentable. One will be impressed by how sensitive the interviewer is towards interface and user experience, also the ability to give instant feedback. All in all, the interview process is very inspiring and useful for personal growth. I did receive an offer but by then declined. Heres the reason. The location is a bit far to me. The stationaries, furniture, hardware and the interior of the office may seem a bit 'raw'. Making me feel like the company might not be putting the employees as a priority or just making a minimal investment on them. Employees dun seem happy with a sad face on them (probably my subjective view) that day. To be clarified, I think the company is pretty good and very well educated on their expertise. The offer they made me is competitive. If one were seeking to work on becoming a user experience(UX) designer. I think AL is the place for you to start with. You may gain a lot of valuable and solid knowledge depends on the mentoring culture there. 3/5 stars rated.
