I went through a series of interviews with department heads and final interview is with the CEO. Everyone was incredibly nice, very professional, and the interviews were often conversational, giving each party the ability to explore whether the position would be a good fit. The team I spoke to were all very sincere in support of the company and its mission. It also seemed hiring for culture and fit were as important to them as skills - which I saw as a big bonus. Would definitely keep my eye on Altia for future opportunities. Their product is mature and market tested / validated.
