J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Alteryx (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
Inital screening with HR, then 3 seperate interviews with managers and then a demo of Alteryx Designer. Everyone I spoke to was very welcoming and made the interviews feel more informal.
However, the process was extremely long, it took just under 2 months to do 4 interviews. Eventhough we are in a pandemic and some of the interviews were conducted around Christmas, you would expect a bit more urgency.
Communication throughout the whole process was awful. A month after the demo the recruiter still didn't respond when I chased up about the conclusion from the last interview. Considering, in total, I commited 4 hours to the process and never got any feedback I think thats pretty disgraceful.
The interview went well. The interviewer was very engaging and asked relevant questions about the company, the role, and my reason for switching. It felt like a genuine conversation, which made the experience comfortable and positive overall.

Question 1
about the company, about the role, why do you want to switch?
3 Rounds of Interview. 2 with Hiring/Leadership team & the last round was a presentation assignment. One of the best interview loops that I've been in & one of the few reasons that led me to join the team.

Question 1
Explanation of my previous experience & how I feel the role, company & domain would suit my aspirations
Processus en quatre étapes (RH, opérationnels, management hiérarchique, management du bureau de rattachement), très fluide, j'étais informé rapidement de la suite du process. Une gestionnaire de recrutement suit l'intégralité du processus et nous tient informé
