Applied through referral. Got an assessment after a week. Scheduled for phone interview after 4 days. Asked about the background experience and some behavioural questions. After a week got a call for an in person interview. Asked General questions. Same sales mentality but preparation before interview is good. After a week got a call for one more in person interview. Asked 3 questions from Resume. Later asked for reference check.

I met with the manager of the branch. she brought me to her office to ask me a few questions. She mostly asked soft-skill questions to understand whether I would fit the company well.

The whole job interview process took less than two weeks with a phone interview and an in branch interview. The interview was simple and straightforward mostly just a fitting interview. This eventually led to a background check and then an offer.
