Entretien
Went to a booth at a career fair and met with the interview crew. They all seemed super friendly and genuinely seemed to like their jobs. Got invited to dinner out with the company and accepted. It was a good experience, got to mingle with potential coworkers in a relaxed setting.

Question 1
Nothing too difficult, standard interview questions.
Entretien
Spoke to a recruiter at a campus career fair and was contacted within a week for an on-site interview at a local manufacturing plant. The interview consisted of a 1-on-1 with HR, and three different 1-on-1's with engineering managers. The interviewers asked standard questions and asked for a self-assessment of my resume and qualifications. One of the interviews felt more like an interrogation than a standard conversation, with very targeted questions and follow-ups designed to catch you off guard. Rather difficult overall.

Entretien
The hiring process is fairly easy. They brought candidates down the night before and took them out to dinner. The next day was the interviews. There was 6 45 minute interviews with senior management. The interviews were more like discussions. I am told they are looking for cultural fit rather than past experience.
