Recruiter phone screen, interview with a VP of a program, interview with a program director and a project manager on a different team. Largely conversational, which was great. Recruiter was highly communicative, gave excellent feedback to use for future interviews.

recruiter reached out 2 days after submitting my application. She said she would send my information to the hiring manager ASAP. 2 weeks went by and I hadn't heard from her again so I followed up. She did not reply for another 2 weeks. When she did follow up via text it was an urgent text "great news they want to meet with you on xxx date, secure this because they're busy."
During the first round, there were two people. one of which showed up with nearly 30 minutes left. She seemed disinterested and both seemed distracted while I was talking, looking at other screens and answering emails.
