J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez AltSource (Portland, OR) en mars 2021

They reached out to me and will respond weeks later in between. Interview was easy but overall gave the impression that they largely need to generate sales. They had no examples of thier software in action and the technology they built seems to be basic web tools that do simple actions such as registration for an online event. Does not seem to be a place for skilled individuals looking for technical challenges. Declined to go further after the first interview.

Entretien
After attending a recruiting event (ping pong tournament), and having a great chat with the gentleman in charge of recruiting, I participated in a series of interviews that worked through a hierarchy. The first was a formal interview with the same individual from the recruiting event, the second was with the head of Product, the third was with the head of growth for the company. Each session included a unique set of questions.

How to handle prioritization of requests from clients, urgent requests and agreed upon scope?

Entretien
I had three rounds of interviews, one phone and two video call, over a one month period.
In my experience this was not a traditional Product Manager role, at least the interview did not give that impression. There was very, very heavy emphasis on dealing with external customers, which I understand they are a consultancy but it made up 60% + of the questions. To be honest it felt more like a sales role than a PM role at points.
I did not get any questions in what I would consider standard PM responsibilities:
No questions on road-mapping.
No questions on creating Epics or User Stories.
No questions on estimation, metric collection or OKR's.
No questions on managing product launch.
I was asked my methodology preference and to describe a feature I had worked on (but that was only in the first round 30 min phone call.) I'm not sure if those types of responsibilities are required from their internal PM's, if they are they certainly weren't interviewing to verify that.
