There were 2 assessments I did before receiving an invite for a phone interview. 1 of the assessments was an Excel module. It was pretty easy, I got majority of the questions right. I had my first phone interview with Trevor, it was short but went really well. My second interview was virtual and it started with Brennan and Trevor. Again, a great interview! The second half was conducted by 2 ladies. Majority of that interview was spent with 1 of the women going over the position and the new structure of the Billing Department. I was able to talk and ask questions towards the middle to end.
Because the structure of the interview with the 2 ladies in the Billing Department wasn’t focused on me (the candidate) but more so explaining the job (which typically happens towards the end of an interview), it leaves me confused on the scale they rate you on to determine you’re not a good fit, especially if you have a bachelors degree, professional experience, & the right skill set. I was asked about two questions and I felt I did good.
