J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Alro
Entretien
The interview process was nothing like I have ever experienced. I submitted my resume and received a call 2 weeks later for an interview. There was no phone interview. I arrived early to take the Wonderlic test and a math test. After I took the tests I met with regional manager and manager of the position I applied for. The position was not explained correctly on their job posting. If I did not ask the right questions I would have gotten into a position I was not looking for. They did not ask any relevant interview questions. They wanted to know why I was looking for a job and how much was I looking to earn. I was asking more questions than they were asking me, which was great because the position I applied for was nothing like the description on there job posting. Wasted my time!

The first visit was a skills test and a drug test. The skills test was a simplified or shortened version of a Wonderlic Test. The second visit was an interview with two people simultaneously that alternated questions. It was very comfortable and conversational. The third interview was with the regional director and it was very conversational and more about seeing if I was a good personality fit for the team.

First had a phone interview. Then went in and took an IQ test and interviewed with a couple of managers. Then on the last interview met with same manager and site manager.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Alro (Boca Raton, FL) en mars 2020

I could describe the interview process as laid back but also quite serious, the company definitely is interested in the potential of the candidate rather than the nitty gritty qualifications of one.
