I applied for the position which was an easy process and much appreciated. One day later I was contacted to schedule a phone interview for a week later. The phone interview was then rescheduled to 3 days later due to an unexpected emergency with the recruiter, understandable. Then the day of, the person interviewing me changed to someone else, okay. I completed the phone interview and was asked to proceed with next steps to complete two assessments. I completed both assessments the same day with a confirmation and thank you to the recruiters. Then crickets. No update or follow-up. I sent a follow up one week later. More crickets. It has been one month since initial contact and it’s a disappointing situation to have no follow up from recruiters when on the job hunt. It’s okay to say someone is not a fit. It’s not okay to say nothing.
