1st round was a behavioral background check with the HR (30 mins) 2nd round they will send you a take home project brief where a client is asking for specific knowledge area in an industry and you have to find two experts on linkedin. During the interview, you have to explain your thought process and do a mock call with a new project brief in real time. 3rd round is about 40-50 mins with a senior manager where you will explain your motivation and you will discuss fit for the company and role.

Phone screening was good asked basic questions about strengths, weaknesses, situation, etc. The questions were fairly straightforward and the usual questions asked during a phone interview. Overall a very good experience.
