CV Screening＋Video Interview(Routine questions and just be yourself and practice ) First round: Talk with HR and another manager about yourself. Questions are all based on CV and your motivation. Second: Two hours interviews. First hour: Case study and role play(Not group interview and no presentation. ) Second hour: exactly like first round.

1.Applied to available position 2.Have got a invitation letter for 1st round immediately; Video interview (I am currently waiting, be prepared well againt technical problems) 3.Face-to face interview (HR team & associate) ; I am guessing 3rd round is tougher than video interview, but it is not difficult. Just be confident 4.Case study interview; they might push me intensely. This round feel like that survival of the fittest. 5.Final (I am guessing final interviewer might senior manager or director) ; I think there will be checking communication skills.
