Had an initial phone call, then a case study with a manager which you had to role play finding experts for the customer. You can do it all right and they tell you you did it right but then still get ended there. Even if you ask for advice or help for the future they just send an automated email back and give you nothing. Not really professional.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
