I applied online at AlphaSights. I completed the video assessment which was a behavioral based interview. The technology aspect was what made this difficult. The video connection was unstable and kept cutting out mid-interview. It was very awkward, so practice first. Know what AlphaSights does. The whole interview was only 5 questions - 4 that were 30 seconds long, and 1 that you had a minute to answer. You get 15 seconds to read each question before you must begin your answer.

very swift and seamless. The interview process was quick and efficient with constant communication for the team and the recruiter as well. I heard back quick after each interview section.
