I was contacted by one of their headhunters and went through two initial meetings to assess whether I aligned with the company culture and had the required experience. After that, they asked me to complete a personality test, where my results once again matched their cultural expectations. Following this, I had an interview with HR, after which candidates typically proceed to case studies and meet a vice president. However, I was rejected by email after the HR interview, with no explanation. I wouldn’t recommend this process. It was lengthy and showed a real lack of respect for candidates' time. They were the ones who initially reached out to me, yet after multiple steps, they rejected me without any feedback.

Phone screening was good asked basic questions about strengths, weaknesses, situation, etc. The questions were fairly straightforward and the usual questions asked during a phone interview. Overall a very good experience.
