Entretien
1) Online application - Resume submission
2) Online assessment - Video, written, and personality assessments - mainly for them to assess whether you are a good fit for the company and whether you are comfortable speaking in front of a camera
3) 1st round interview - mostly behavioural and competency questions, followed by questions about your cv and your motivation for working for Alphasights - very relaxed and friendly interviewer
4) 2nd round interview - 2 part interview - 1st is a 5 minute presentation on a case study you have to prepare for being going into the office. Then they will question you about your thought process and how you've come to certain conclusions, and also some situational questions. 2nd part is again more questions about your motivation for working for Alphasights and beyond, and also some resume based questions.
5) Final round interview with MD - haven't made it to this round yet, fingers crossed!
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
