It is a quick process, following this order:
1. Fill a quick registration form.
After several days, I receive an email contains information about the ext three steps:
2. Conduct an online recorded video interview => I personally find this very awkward since I have to speak to a machine instead of a real person
3. Do a personality test
4. Answer 3 motivational questions

walk through of the resume. basic resume questions. why this role. what skills do u need for this role. why do u think u will be a good fit. what are some technical skills that you have
Interesting conversations. Behavioral + simulation case. If you know what the job is about and you have an interest you'll do well. Two rounds of interviews, first one was all behavioral, second one was both.
