Met with the representatives of Alphasights at a career fair. Sent them a CV but still had to go through an online application. Posted the CV and received an email requesting to fill in a questionnaire with 3 motivational questions, the personal working style survey and had to go through a video assessment that consisted out of 4 questions. Next day heard back to agree a Skype interview. Still waiting to take it.

Although the video process is a bit slow, in general, it is an positive interview could practice my confidence and communication skills. The questions are mostly could found in Glassdoor and just need to practice them in front of mirror.

2. They sent me an email with three tasks need to complete within 72 hours(a. three motivation questions b. video interview with four questions, each question gives you 3 seconds to prepare and 60 seconds to answer c. personality test 15 mins 200 questions
