Got through to the video interview stage, which was very fast and don't try to read from notes of pre-prepared questions as you won't have time and need to look at the camera.
All the questions they asked I found on Glassdoor beforehand so it is easy to prepare, but it is not easy to prepare for the way the questions are asked.
I had 1 minute for each question, and 3 seconds between each one which was very fast and you need to think quickly, not try and find notes!!
I reckon the more preparation you do the easier this stage will be.
Only got asked 4 questions, so a 4 minute interview!

Entretien
The interview was conducted online and lasted around 20 minutes. It was a one-to-one video interview with a hiring manager. The questions were mainly focused on my background, previous experience, and motivation for applying to the Graduate Analyst position. They also asked about my expected salary and availability. The atmosphere was professional but friendly, and the interview followed a structured format.
Good interview, asking primarily about characteristics and personal experiences. Very self-focused, with a lot of emphasis on personality rather than technical ability. Overall interviewers in both screening and first-round interviews were nice people and polite.
