Interview process began as usual with a 30 minute phone interview focusing on the BREAD process and basic behavioral questions. The second interview was a 1 hour role play interview (asking to look up industry professionals on LinkedIn in a stupidly easy format) and secondary 1 hour behavioral interview. I had to remind the recruiter to send me the links to the interviews an hour prior to them taking place. Scheduled for the 3rd and final interview, the recruiter messaged me the day before to switch from 9 am to 11 am. I agree, then the morning of, calls me at 8:30 am to switch the interview back to original 9 am time. Reschedules for following week, fails to send interview link once again. The lack of professionalism and organization was overwhelming and frankly getting on my nerves, so I withdrew from the interview process. Not worth it for a company that can’t even conduct interviews in a proper manner.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
