Initially contacted through LinkedIn and encouraged to apply for role despite not having any knowledge of the company or type of work. Completed some questions on the application form and got fast-tracked through to video interview. This was mainly competency based but included some random questions including 'tell us about the last book you read' and 'who is your role model'. The video software was very hit and miss and took me two attempts to fully complete it as it kept having errors.
