It's been a while since I went through the process and I did not get very far, however:
After initial CV & motivation letter scan, I got contacted per email to complete an online assessment.
This assessment was rather awkward for me, making use of a webcam to record yourself while answering several questions. Most of the questions I got are mentioned throughout the comments already.
Unfortunately, I did not pass this round, in hindsight I was underprepared to answer the types of questions.
Overall, communication with the company was fast, clear, and professional.

Question 1
I do not quite remember any specific question, but most were relatively simple.
I applied for the Graduate Analyst position at London. The process lasted for around 1 month from contacted by hr to interview. I went through HR screening and user interview. The interview process was okay.

Entretien
The interview was conducted online and lasted around 20 minutes. It was a one-to-one video interview with a hiring manager. The questions were mainly focused on my background, previous experience, and motivation for applying to the Graduate Analyst position. They also asked about my expected salary and availability. The atmosphere was professional but friendly, and the interview followed a structured format.
Good interview, asking primarily about characteristics and personal experiences. Very self-focused, with a lot of emphasis on personality rather than technical ability. Overall interviewers in both screening and first-round interviews were nice people and polite.
