Entretien
3 rounds of interviews. First, an initial phone call with an HR person. If successful there is then a video interview. If successful there is then a case study interview. You are given a case study and a certain amount of time to complete it and one last video interview with a senior member asking about you as a person, your goals, and career plans.

Straightforward 2 stage interview process with basic behavioural questions discussed during the first stage. Second round with a senior associate, was an extension of the first round and many questions were asked based on the Alpha sights booklet and role.

I attended the Tokyo Career Forum in the summer and happened to walk by their booth and decided I might as well do a walk-in interview. They had me sit down at their booth for a 5 minute screening process but I did not get a call-back for the next round.
