I applied through their online application, and received an invitation to interview through taketheinterview.com. All the questions were on Glassdoor so it wasn't too bad, but it was still a fairly awkward process. I was contacted several days later to set up a Skype interview, and will have the Skype interview this Friday.

Interesting conversations. Behavioral + simulation case. If you know what the job is about and you have an interest you'll do well. Two rounds of interviews, first one was all behavioral, second one was both.
