The interview process was rapid and thorough (completed within 3 days). I was contacted by the company based on my linkedin profile and offered to come and interview at their London office after an initial chat via phone. After an initial CV based interview round, I was asked to prepare a short case study for the following day reflecting the day-to-day activity of an analyst (getting quickly a basic understanding of an unfamiliar industry and identifying relevant experts based on the client's aims). Following the case study, I had two long conversations with both founding partners (separately and jointly) who take a very active interest in every new starter.
