Initially sent in a short few paragraphs about why I wanted and was suitable for the role, that wasn't longer than about 300 words. Next, was sent a link to complete online interview, which was recorded to be sent back to them. This stage is quite odd and feels pressurized so I think it is worth practicing a LOT. They give one week to complete so practice at least a few hours under 30 second time constraints. There are 4 questions, some of the questions I had were 1. what is the role of the graduate analyst? 2. what skills and experience do you have which make you suitable for the role? 3. what other roles are you applying for? and 1 other which I can't remember but they vary anyway. The same time as this stage you complete four short written answers to send back. These are more personal. From the company website and facebook page they are quite into sports type people and so this would be a good thing to mention I think. They asked for an area which you excel in outside of work/academic life.

I applied for the Graduate Analyst position at London. The process lasted for around 1 month from contacted by hr to interview. I went through HR screening and user interview. The interview process was okay.
