The interview process was thorough, but enjoyable all the way through. I was invited to the New York office to interview with several analysts, then with the NY office director and then with the founder of the company himself (who had flown all the way from London for these interviews). I found the questions to be extraordinarily targeted to getting to know you as a person, which was reassuring, as the company is growing so quickly, maintaining a certain company culture will be dependent on more than hard skills. In any case, I also found the way they tested your 'skills' to be fitting to the entire interview process and company itself.
