I applied on AlphaSights' website. One or two days later I received an email for a video assessment to be completed in a week. There was a test question at the beginning, you can review it, but not the assessment process, which I had 15s to read the question and 60s to answer. 4 questions.

2. What do you expect to learn and what will you add to the position?
3. What other positions are you applying to and how do they compare to AlphaSights?
4. How have your past experiences led you to establish the criteria you will use to determine which firm you will join?
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
