Entretien
Quick, prompt responses. First round was a video interview, simple questions regarding my background and what AlphaSights does that adds value to their customers. Second round was a case study. You are given two hypothetical customer requests and need to find two people for each customer that you think the customer would be interested in have pursuing a conversation. Second part of the interview is a mock conversation with a client. Lastly, it was personality questions and how you might fit into the organization. I felt this part was more trying to catch me off guard and that the interviewer was only listening to me to come up with the next question to ask me that might throw me off. Overall, not a terrible interview experience.
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
