I applied through their website. Within 1-2 days I got an email with links to their skills assessment and video assessment. The process is quite simple and easy. The video recording part is just like the speaking test in TOEFL. I am now waiting to hear back from them for next rounds of interviews.

They asked 4 questions.
1. What was your first job?
2. How have you reached decisions about your careers interest?
3. Explain in your own words what AlphaSights does as a company.
4. What interests you about this role?
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
