I applied for a role in the London office via an employee referral on March 10th and received a rejection 10 days later. Unexpectedly, on April 16th, HR from the Hong Kong office reached out stating they were interested in my profile if I was open to the HK location. After re-submitting my application, the process consisted of a behavioral questionnaire followed by a video interview. I then had a call with HR, though I noticed the questions were identical to the ones asked in the initial video screening.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
