3 round process, first one was a chill behavioural one. Second round you get a case to complete before the call and then you walk through it and then a small case on the call. Third one is kind of weird behavioural questions to really see if you would stay long term with the company but they ask the questions in convoluted ways so you can’t really tell what they’re testing.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

competency based calls, situational with a mock scenario and final round where youre interviewed by the vice president . while you may have applied for the client services role they may propose you to move to the research team
