Entretien
First set of assessments were sent to me by email. I needed to complete both tasks within 7 days.
1) Video Assessment: 4 questions. 15 seconds to prepare for each before 1 minute of recording. All questions can be found on Glassdoor.
2) Written Motivation Statements: 3 questions. Max 200 words. Q1. Ambitious goal, Q2. Risk of failure, Q3. Career plan
Currently waiting for a response.
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

Competency based questions, language test including interview and conversational skills.
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
