There are 2 interviews conducted. 1 is basic background, you finish and get a take home project. 2 is reviewing your work on the project. They decide within 3 days.
-case study interview. come prepared and ready to talk more about your experience with the case study and reasons to back up your workflow. pretty straight forward. come prepared to talk more about your resume as they dive in deep
The interview consisted of 2 rounds and an assignment. 1st is a standard phone screen with a recruiter. 2nd round is with the hiring manager and 1 other person (a middle manager/ other hiring manager). The assignment varies from cycle to cycle, but doesn't take too long. Don't use AI to write/ complete the assignment for you.
