Initially interviewed by the practice administrator, then billing manager and office manager were included. Finally, one of the partners was also involved in the interview process. The facility, at that time, consisted of eight physicians and over thirty female support staff. The office seemed extremely dynamic, but clean, organized and efficiently run.
