taken into a room where a project manager asked me a series of questions, which then lead to a job offer to start the following week.
Video calls, multiple e-mails to meet the team, get to know the job & discuss expectations.
As I would be moving to the UK for this job, I wanted to know what the procedure is, which turned out to be very limited and would have left me mostly fending for myself on low wages.

Asked to fill in the questionnaire and on the following day to do a test translation. Some time afterwards there was a 30 minute telephone interview with HR employees and the manager.
