Entretien
First they give coding homework, it was about implementing k mean algorithm. Then they give Tech interview 1. They asked general software engineering questions but this one is not very critical to the data scientist position. Then we give Tech interview 2. Here they asked some basic math, and machine learning related questions. Questions are relatively easy and expected ones. Then they also asked 2 more interviews with manager level people. One person asked one brain teaser question. Another person asked some algorithm and time complexity. Final interview with CTO was Fit interview. This one was nothing special just chat.

This is not the coding round.
The interviewer asked me share my screen which I shared. No problem! The interviewer’s camera was off. I was talking to a blank screen. The interviewer asked me to look into the camera, I did ;)
I offered to share video of my surroundings since she asked me to look into the camera. it is not natural to look into the camera. I was looking at myself on the screen ;)
I felt something off and not the kind of experience I was expecting.
I asked the interviewer not to continue. Also, the questions that were being asked were not as per JD.
Most shocking feedback I got from them that I refused to share screen and I used AI to answer the questions. Interviewer already checked my desktop and I also offered to share the surrounding.
Interviewer not turning on the camera herself, creates a bad impression and creates doubt about the credibility of the company.

Entretien
Interview consisted of 2 technical rounds with data science (ML) leads and then the Head of Research. The first round was very ML knowledge heavy, while the second round focussed more on generic probability and brain-teaser type probability.
