I went to Alorica on February 6th 2016. It was a Saturday hiring event. I had already applied online. The receptionist was VERY nice! I filled out a very short questionnaire. Then I was called back for an interview. The interview was super easy. The girl who interviewed me looked like she was bout to the head to the mall after her shift. Had on a jean dress, some boots and a plaid jacket wrapped around her waist. I was thinking, "is she really about to interview me?". Anyway, after that I filled out the hiring paper work. It was that easy. No assessment for me. Just W2 forms and consent forms.
They do drug test and back ground check. They make you go to a facility and get the drug test done or whatever. Bottom line I decided not to take this job. Wayyyyy too many negative reviews, and they only pay $9/hr -_-. What bills am I going to pay with that? Like seriously. Then the hours change when they want them to change. You can't possibly expect me to be that flexible while pay me basically nothing.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
