It was around 5 pm, as I picked up the phone. I was met by a lady who has rudeness in her voice (like someone who neither like nor value their job). She asked if I was still interested to proceed with my application as Customer Service Representative at their Cubao Branch. I responded "I believed there was a mistake in the endorsement, I wasn't supposed to be endorsed at this branch but somewhere else." I was responded by an even ruder remark of repeating her question in a more aggressive tone. I then responded "No." Phone was dropped so abruptly after that.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
