Managers were not on time and had to wait long time. Recruiter found a supervisor for sales who was just beginning that role claim she "knows more than the managers" who should get hired. She was showing off for a trainer who sat in on her "interview" of 3 prospects. She was not upfront. She was two faced and not a good asset to the company. The whole process should have taken 20 to 30 min but took over an hour and a half just to get to the second interview . Call centers have the most arrogant supervisors. If you apply only agree to interview with managers not immediate supervisors who are clueless. Also insist on them keeping their word and time considerations . it is caotic.

The hiring process was quick, was called 2-3 days after applying for an interview. Typing test is apart of the hiring process must pass in order to move forward. There’s a first and second interview, in my case I was able to do both on the same day.

The interview process was your capabilities to pass their test online multiple test actully that you are indeed timed on. You are in a room with a bunch of other applicants trying to pass the tests and they try to have it at a fast pace because they need so many in so little time. If you pass you're hired and you choose your training and schedule

Group interview rather uncomfortable. Interviewers had less experience than most people being interviewed. You can get hired the same day. They give an Oral swab drug test that day
