Easy, and the recruiters are very friendly. The interview process usually contains 2 sections. But overall a great experience, they are open to hiring just about anyone, as long as you fit the job description and show a positive attitude. Also a great opportunity for anyone that is looking to get started in customer service.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
