They are not very time sensitive on their end. Twice I was scheduled for a phone interview, and they never called. When they did call it was still 30 mins late. The interview process was pleasant, but a lot of confusion because they ask you to apply even after you have completed everything.

The process was pretty straightforward it was just a single interview and I got the job. The interviewer asked a few questions customer service related and simple common technical questions.

Easy Interview process but some things was misleading from their end. Very quick overall. Super easy to get through. I don’t really have much else to say about the interview process itself.
