This was by far the most unorganized interview process. I revived a text requesting to set up a 45 minute interview.
I get to what was actually an owning hiring event.
I waited about two hours before being taken into another room which they covered the three roles they were hiring for.
From this point I was taken into a room where I waited an hour and a half for a interview.
The interviewer appeared nervous, and not expecting my answers. I was told that I was offered the position when I was taken into another room to fill out my new hire paperwork. This proceeds took another hour or so as there was no streamlined process.
Hopefully this is a fluke as they were doing massive hiring.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
